

Will Lahaise
Co-founderBased in London, Will has over 20 years’ experience in leadership advisory and executive level hiring, most recently as a Managing Director with UBS where he led the 450 staff global Talent Acquisition function.
At UBS, he designed and implemented the firm’s global hiring strategy as well as taking direct responsibility for significant search projects, working closely with members of the executive team and board of directors.
Earlier in Will’s career, he held senior roles with leading Executive Search organizations, delivering searches in the US, London and throughout APAC. He studied at the University of the West of England, in the UK.
Will’s experience of transacting executive search at the highest levels combined with being a trusted in-house advisor on people topics to firm-wide management allows him to give clients a unique perspective when navigating senior leadership and succession issues


Chris Rowe
Co-founderChris is based in Zurich and prior to establishing pltfrm led the EMEA business and the global HR practice for a global Executive Search firm.
With over 20 years’ experience advising client on Talent topics, Chris has delivered C-level leadership hires and complex benchmarking assignments spanning the Technology, Digital, Product, HR, Finance, Risk, Legal and Compliance functions as well as emergent topics & industries such as Digital Assets and Web3.
A dual British/Swiss citizen, Chris holds an Executive MBA from Bayes Business School and has undertaken additional studies in Executive Coaching at Bristol UWE and Data Analytics at IMD.


Alex Howard-Jones
COOAlex is a founding member of the pltfrm team and leads all operational aspects of the business, a remit that spans executive assistance, marketing support, finance, HR, and legal among other topics.
She works closely with Chris & Will as well as pltfrm clients to ensure that the firm’s client and candidate experiences are as smooth and positive as possible at all times. Alex also works across the internal employee lifecycle to support and optimize the pltfrm employee experience.
Alex’ background includes working in event-management, hospitality and professional services, as well as her prior role as a Project Manager & Executive Assistant within a global executive search firm. Additionally, Alex holds the APM Project Fundamentals qualification.
